Bed bugs on the other hand live inside the home and will live in cloth such as bedding. These bugs will feed on the blood of both people and their pets. They will often attack a person while they are sleeping. Bed bugs will bite any exposed area of the skin when a person is sleeping. They do not have a specific location.
